I've had very attentive people take my order well and others who had a lot of trouble with simple specifications like the sandwich size and adding a bottle of water. Also they've given my wife the wrong sandwich before, but they were kind enough to credit her over the phone without a problem.
I also warn be prepared to wait a bit for your food. They take time to cook everything. It's not subway where everything is microwaved.
