  went there twice the week of 4/11/16 in the morning before work both times the young lady seemed to be taking her time. The second time she went off to make coffee instead of acknowledging me. They should put someone up there that is willing to serve their customers not give them a hard time and make them be potentially late for work.
  Not only that when I complained to her she told me to go somewhere else then back tracked and said she would get her manager. The manager did not seem to care. and said she was going as fast as she could. I worked for D and D when I was a teen and they expect you to be "proactive" especially during peak hours.
  I have avoided that store in the past for the same reasons.
  LACK OF RESPECT TO PAYING CUSTOMERS!!! Well probably certain customers, but anyway, still wrong. Purposely slow in the morning if they decide they don't like you. I have to go to work and I don't want to spend 10 minutes waiting for a single coffee and get some serious attitude to boot.
